Day TWO of the Challenge!

This is a picture of Thad and I at my friends Amanda and Justin Brown's wedding. This is what I would like to look like again! I was happy with my size here. I AM ON MY WAY!!


Hello everyone ! It is now day TWO of my weight loss challenge! 
 Exercises:  30 Mins. of Cardio


Breakfast: 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats 1/2 cup low fat milk

 Snack: banana, glass of chocolate milk

 Lunch: Grilled Chicken, corn, and white northern beans

 Dinner: sausage and rice, diet coke with lime
